We went to a couple dealers and ended up at rv 1 of Sarasota. And it was the best decision we made, a TRUE no pressure sales experience. Infact I would even say we were not SOLD a travel trailer. Everyone was respectful and helpful. Starting with salesman Brian answering all our questions and concerns and showing us all our options, and going above and beyond even helping nick the technician to install a weight distribution hitch on my... truck.(not purchased from the store) Jesse the sales manager was also a pleasure to work with, once again while doing our demo Jesse installed my electronic brake on my truck (also not purchased from them) . My husband and I have been in the market for what seems like forever and still have not made a decision on one due to hurdles, but I have been in contact with Samantha in sales on multiple occasions over the past 6-8 months or so who has stayed in contact with me, sending me emails and text messages on what she thinks may work for our situation and has not given up. We’ve never met in person. Samantha goes above and beyond what most sales... people are willing to do without a definite sale in their sites or without a firm commitment. 10/9/22I had the pleasure of working with Ron G. at RV One Superstores in Sarasota. Ron took exceptional care of me. He worked very diligent to get me the right RV! Ron treated me with the upmost respect and has a lifetime client. The office manager Brenda was very sweet and attentive to my needs. The service manager Glenn is extremely professional and really took his time to go over every detail! Just purchased an Entegra vision 29S. Worked with Bryon Pedler who is the best!Bryan went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was the best it could be. We live in Pennsylvania and had to come down to Florida to get the rig. Brian made sure we were good with everything all along the way . Just purchased our 2022 Highland Ridge Olympia Sport 19BH, from RV One of Sarasota.Ron was our salesperson. (Not Brian 😉, but he’s great too.)🤭😂No high pressure sales, which is nice. We were shown all the features, and we made comparisons between the different models they have on site.Ron is an RV’r so he knows what’s involved with what it takes to go camping. He can answer any questions you have and usually knows... the answers, if not he’ll find out for you. We were not pressured to buy anything extra we didn’t need, or want. Ron also has helpful hints, advice, and tips. He even came in on his own time, to get us set up with the finance agent.Everyone we dealt with at this dealership, was helpful and kind.The young man that did our PDI with us, and final walk through, was very through. He also answers any questions you have about the mechanics of your RV. Take a video of the hitch and unhitch process, with the sway bars, if you are unfamiliar with it. Trust me, it’s a great reference when you need to do it on your own.😉We haven’t needed to use their service department yet, so I can not speak to how they handle issues.I’ll update this review if we need to use their service department.read more

This dealership is amazing! We visited more than a few dealerships looking for the right option for us. We looked at class As, Cs and trailers but because of the right education offered by our outstanding salesman, Ron, we finally decided on a travel trailer. Ron was knowledgeable and friendly, it felt more like a good friend was looking out for us rather than a dealership salesman. I can’t say enough good things about him. From showing us our... options to educating us as new campers, to taking time to speak with us on his day off of work, my wife, kids, and I all felt like we were in good honest hands. I found my own financing through my credit Union and the finance manager, Dan, was just as exceptional as Ron with working with me and my bank, taking time to deal with issues on his day off as well. Even the counter woman, and young man (I apologize for not having your names) that demo-ed the trailer for us were very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend visiting RV One in Sarasota if you are in the market to buy an RV. We are from Miami, and finding good honest people to sell you something like this are like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, they don’t exists in my experience. The 3.5 hour drive for us was well worth the experience, not to mention the price was very fair and they also included the weight distribution hitch and install. I just purchased my first travel trailer here! Ron "the old man" was a great salesman and helped me get a good deal on my Braxton Creek Freesolo. He actually even snapped the pic below before I drove it off the lot! This is a small lot, but they seemed to have a good selection of travel trailers and many more RVs. There were a few initial hiccups with the financing and document signing, but overall the crew was friendly, helpful and made me feel... satisfied my purchase in the end. Should I need anything in the future or wish to upgrade, I would definitely return. I was very thankful for the entire effort of both the Alliance team and the RV1 One team in Sarasota all working together to make purchasing my Valor fifth wheel a pleasurable experience. Buying a large trailer in and of itself can be a harrowing experience. This purchase was not without some hiccups. However, Nick, Jan and Oscar went above and beyond to make the the pre and post sales a success. I was very happy with Carey in the service area... helping me out and getting us out the door. It was evident to me that he genuinely cared about me and my family's success as we were getting out on the road. We all have heard various stories of other RV dealers where the customer left with a poor taste in their mouth and as such was very vocal. I would say in this situation I was very happy with the way I was treated throughout the entire process and more importantly when issues did arise how they were addressed. Communication throughout this presales and post sales process was very good and for that I'm very thankful and that was one less stressful thing for me to have to deal with.read more
